It is always difficult to deal with a loved one passing especially when it's your own father but having come across Caring Cremations online, the process couldn't have been simpler. The team was attentive and extremely helpful, especially during such a difficult time. What impressed me the most was the fact that he actually took the time to explain my options to me.

I opted for a Simple Cremation as I felt that was the best option for me. When I called to let them know what had happened, I was understandably upset but nevertheless, everything was dealt with smoothly. To be honest, when it first happened with the whole COVID situation, I was even more worried but I was told exactly when everything was happening with regular phone calls which helped to put my mind at ease.

I cannot thank the Caring Cremations team enough - the whole simple cremation process was what it should be, respectful but simple.
